This is a very traditional varsity jacket that would look great on the street. I was a little taken aback that the jacket was not thicker considering its price. Although it has a lovely lining inside and is composed of wool, this jacket is actually quite lightweight compared to a true letterman’s jacket. Fit-wise, it also runs fairly small.

This is turning into the most comfortable, stylish, and soft jacket I’ve ever owned. In addition, it’s really warm. I tried it on without a shirt to see if it itched, but I felt perfectly at ease and there was no itching at all. I purchased the plaid style, and it looks amazing. for the size. At 5 feet 9 inches tall, 170 pounds, and with a 40-inch chest, the jacket fits me exactly as the model depicted.

Greatly adaptable item for layering in the winter. The two large interior pockets are located on the other side from the exterior pockets. It’s not necessary to fully shut it down. The week I got it, I received multiple compliments! I chose the maroon colour, which goes nicely with many neutral hues. For a loose, oversized fit, I ordered a size up.

I’m usually a true size small, so I wasn’t sure how to mark the sizing for this. The shoulders of the jacket fit me very well. The body and sleeves are a little long, but I haven’t washed it yet, so I’m sure the wool will shrink to my preferred length. I love how warm this jacket keeps me on 45 degree nights; so far, I’ve only worn it, and I stay very warm. I also love the two inner pockets, which are really deep and very useful.
